This post “awareness campaign” has the primary objective of letting know of some awareness campaigns related to the Ocean.

This blog tries to let people know about campaigns and news about the Ocean and is part of a global movement that tries to help change the Oceans, regarding the existence of plastic in them.
An interesting point about this organization is the fact that they’re very interactive. “What do you have in your bathroom” - it is an activity in which they have different objects at their disposal and we have to select (click on) the ones that we think are made out of plastic. Then, there will be a little text box with information about these objects.
Ocean Alive - "Seafood WITHOUT Garbage""
The Ocean Alive project is focused on the Sado estuary, where the marine prairies are the nursery habitat for the prey of a resident population of dolphins and the community's fish and shellfish.
The awareness campaign on the banks of the Sado Seafood WITHOUT Garbage estuary has three axes:

direct awareness actions through a network of women from the fishing
community called Guardians of the Sea; -
monthly cleaning actions with volunteers;

a network of stakeholders that intend to implement solutions to stop polluting the ocean with plasticThe activities carried out by Ocean.
Alive are: educational programs with schools, maritime experiences (guided tours by fishermen from Sado’s estuary), corporate volunteering and also a scientific program (mapping and monitoring of the Sados’s estuary marine grasslands).
